Good Afternoon Ladies,

I am cancelling the meeting scheduled for this Friday. ESAMC staff were going to be sending out an email to all members about the changes in procedures for submitting our hours. That email has not gone out yet. When it comes, please take time to familiarize yourself with the transition. We will be talking about it later.

Please do plan to send Jennifer a officer/chair/chapter update report for the next Evergreen. It is an awesome tool for communicating to our members about what is happening around the state. People can use this as a reference during the Spring State Meeting.

The next board meeting will be March 18 at 7pm. This will be in preparation of the Spring State Meeting.

Hello Washington Members,

Spring State Meeting is March 22, 2026. 2 pm. It will be a zoom meeting. If you would like to take part in a live Spring State Meeting, a few of us are headed to Walla Walla and sharing the day with Alpha Beta. I have made reservations at the Hampton Inn & Suites. So far, just Sunday night. (A few of us have family in Yakima we plan to stay with in Yakima Saturday night.) More information will be sent out for the zoom link.

I hope everyone of you and your families had a wonderful, safe and happy holiday. We can now look forward to a prosperous and happy new year.

Since I wasn’t able to attend the Fall State Meeting, I couldn’t present the theme for 2026 for our Easterseals project. I know it’s really soon after the Christmas holiday, but if you can find it in your budget and hearts to donate a few items, Camp Stand By Me would certainly appreciate it.

There are quite a few items on the list, but if you scroll down to the dinosaur items, those are the ones they would appreciate most. We had a ton of the Ritz Dye donated last year, so maybe we could focus on the other items.

If you would prefer, please send them to me and I’ll collect the items and take them out to the camp in June or bring them to convention in May and I can take them home with me.

Jennifer has done it again with this edition featuring our busy ladies, doing what we do, with Heart, Purpose, and passion for serving others in ESA.

I must make one correction: If you want to make any comments about the posted bylaw changes, you need to do it now. The final date to comment is December 1st. The committee working on the bylaws has a zoom meeting scheduled right after the first of the month.
