This February, ESA friends from across the country are coming together in Memphis for a weekend you won’t want to miss! Join us as we celebrate more than 50 years of partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and experience the incredible impact of that support firsthand.

Enjoy the charm of the legendary Peabody Memphis, an elegant welcome reception, and two special days on the St. Jude campus with exclusive tours and programming created just for ESA. And Saturday night, we’re taking on Memphis with ESA friends from across the country, with a few surprises and maybe a little lighthearded competition along the way!

Your $195 registration includes the welcome reception and dinner, St. Jude programming and meals, private transportation, a commemorative Grateful Hearts shirt, and a few special extras.

IC Dues

When submitting IC dues, chapters should include the IC Dues form and make checks payable to ESA International Council. The dues form is available in the Member Center under the Community Member tab (click on resources and tools). Treasurer correspondence should be sent to esaictreasurer@gmail.com.

IC Bylaws and Essential Edge

Proposed changes to the IC Bylaws and Standing Rules are due to IC Parliamentarian Brenda O’Neill by January 1, 2027. IC Elected and Appointed Board members should also review their Essential Edge responsibilities and submit any updates needed. There is no deadline for Essential Edge changes.

Interfaith Chaplain Update

The IC Chaplain position is now Interfaith Chaplain. Weekly reports are shared each Wednesday to recognize celebrations, milestones, concerns, and members needing encouragement. Submissions may be sent to esaicchaplain@gmail.com.

10-Minute Takeaways Return for the 2027 IC Convention!

Members are invited to submit ideas for quick, practical, and informative topics they would like to hear about.

To maintain your Foundation membership and ensure your eligibility to vote in 2027, please be sure your annual dues are received by December 31st. If you are not sure if you have already paid next year’s membership fee, please contact your state foundation counselor. Individual members electing to pay via credit card can do so through Zeffy using the following link:
