State Summer Planning Meeting
Naselle, July 25, 2026
General Information for Finnish Festival
Location the High School for the Finnish Festival is 793 State Route 4, Naselle, WA 98638
Those helping with the Pannukakku Breakfast please be at the vendor site at 5:00am for setting up. See the attached flyer with the map of the vendor’s sites. ESA members will be helping in the Home Economics room #302, in the High School. Pannukakku (pancakes) will be served 7:00 to 10:00.
Between 10:00 and noon you will have time to wander the vendors and activities of the FinnFest.
Noon to 1:00 – ESA Lunch at the Naselle Lutheran Church, 308 Knappton Road, Naselle, WA, 98638 which is just down the road on State Route 4.
At noon the Church meeting room will be open for our ESA informal lunch provided by Jennifer Canessa will be bringing a platter of mixed sandwiches for the group – pasta salads – chips and drinks – etc.
1:00 pm Summer Planning Meeting will be held at the Lutheran Church.

I was on the IC zoom call in regards to Philanthropic reporting.
They mentioned the donation that people make to St Jude monthly in the amount of $19.
That donation can be redirected so our organization can get credit for that contribution. If anyone in our state has that direct contribution they can contact IC at
